Dr. Elgozy has been practicing medicine in Florida since 2007, bringing a wealth of expertise in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He graduated from the Staten Island University Hospital residency program, where he honed his skills in providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Elgozy serves as a medical officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he continues to apply his medical knowledge and leadership skills in support of his fellow service members. His commitment to patient care and military service reflects his dedication to both his community and country.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Elgozy prioritizes building strong relationships with his patients, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs. He is passionate about health education and preventative care, striving to empower families to achieve their best health.
Dr. Luis Castro is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages. He specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, urgent medical care, and overall wellness with a patient-centered approach. Dr. Castro earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed both his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Westchester General Hospital. He also holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. With expertise in treating conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, allergies, infections, and preventive health concerns, Dr. Castro focuses on helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness through compassionate care, education, and open communication. Dr. Castro offers both in-person and telehealth visits to provide convenient, accessible medical care for individuals and families throughout Miami.
Rebekah Goldenholz, PA-C is a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant who has been a vital member of our practice since graduating in 2015. Known for her warm demeanor and patient-centered approach, Rebekah has quickly become a favorite among our patients, who appreciate her attentive care and willingness to listen.

Ricardo "Rick" Saiz is a seasoned Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Since 2004, he has dedicated his career to providing exceptional patient care, and for the past 10 years, he has been an integral part of our team.
Rick is known for his friendly and approachable manner, making him a trusted resource for our patients. He is committed to delivering high-quality care and is available every Saturday to ensure that our patients receive the support they need, even on weekends.
With a focus on patient education and wellness, Rick takes the time to listen to his patients’ concerns and works collaboratively with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
Jennifer Cervantes, MSN, FNP-C is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing, committed to providing holistic patient care. She began her healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse in 2014, where she developed a comprehensive skill set that enables her to effectively meet the diverse needs of her patients.
